I would just say that each session has had direct influence on many elements of SENCO coordination that I have then been able to come back to school and either check and be confident we are running effectively, or more importantly been able to improve. The head teacher has commented that it is having a direct impact on staff, children and families.  Examples of this are: improving the SEN policy and Information Report, setting up intervention recording systems, understanding the tribunal system, formalising our referral process, improving the whole school provision map and ensuring both school and governors would be prepared for Ofsted.’
