Always questioning, never still…
– Neil Armstrong
Our forward thinking research projects focus on improving pupil outcomes by developing skills and experiences of teachers to sustain great teaching. As teachers, we continue to ask ourselves whether effective ‘learning’ is taking place in our classrooms. Research gives us the opportunity and tools to analyse new approaches and consider implications of any changes made. This continued programme of enquiry into our teaching practice ensures we remain innovative, forward thinking and successful practitioners. Collaborative working across the alliance enables us to refine our research practices and share outcomes maximising the impact on standards across the alliance.
We work with a range of partners in generating development and research activity.
